Andrea's Pastries Fundraiser!

Our Andrea's Pastries Fundraiser begins November 19, 2018.  Orders are due online by Wednesday December 5th.  Information, details and the order form are on the attachments below.
The individual fundraiser benefits students by putting 35% of their pre-sale total into their individual trip accounts.   
Pre-orders will be available for pick up on December 13th at the Winter Jazz Concert in the IHS.   Orders under $200 can be prepaid by credit card with Andrea in advance over the phone.
The group fundraiser benefits the general fund by putting 30% of the bake-sale style total sales the night of each concert.  Since pre-sales carry a 5% greater benefit, you may want to preorder even if you are only ordering a few items for yourself!

Aramark Game Signups and Parking Passes

Aramark Game Signups
 

The signups for all games are now open.  Signups for games are on a "first come, first serve" basis.  Please note that there are "signup close dates" for each game on Signup.com.  Signups for each game will close on the stated date if the game hasn't already been filled.

Parking Passes:
You may purchase a parking pass for any game for $11.  This pass allows you to park in the Aramark volunteer parking lot on game days.  You must order your parking pass at least two weeks prior to the game that you are working at.  The passes are sent to us and we will contact you to let you know where and when you can pick up your pass(es).  We encourage you to order passes ahead of time for any games that you know you will need a pass for.

50/50 Ticket Sales

We sell 50/50 tickets at most band events.  For football games in the fall, we share the work and the profits with the football boosters.

 IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ARAMARK PROGRAM

What is the Aramark Program?:
The Seneca Valley Band Boosters are excited to be participating in the Aramark volunteer fundraising program again this season. We are in the process of ramping up the program for another fun and successful season. For those who are new to the band program or did not participate last year, the Aramark program involves working in Heinz Field concessions stands during Steelers/Pitt football games and other events and concerts through the summer and fall. Volunteers receive a flat fee payout for each game/event they work, which is applied to your individual "Bander's" trip accounts. 2018-19 Registration:

Anyone and everyone interested in participating in the program for the 2018 season must register. Even if you participated last year, you must re-register.  Please click on the "Register for 2018" button below and complete and submit the registration form.  Please register as soon as possible.

 

 

 

Aramark Training - 
To participate in the Aramark program, all workers must complete the ServSafe and RAMP volunteer trainings before they are eligible to work.  Both trainings can be completed from home on your computer.  Training information will be emailed out after you have registered.

 

 

Game Sign-ups:
Sign-ups for Steeler and Pitt football games is not currently open but will be soon. However you can review the game schedule at the link below.

Please make sure to register for this program as soon as possible as we will send an email to only those that have registered to let you know when you can sign up to work at specific games.  We will be using SignUp.com for game registration.
