SV Band 2019 Hoagie Sale

October 8 - 29


Hoagie Sale kickoff is Tuesday, October 8, 2019.  All items are from J & J Enterprises – this company does fundraisers for most SV clubs.  This is a great way to earn money toward your trip.  It is an INDIVIDUAL fundraiser, which means you keep all the money earned from your own sales.  You will earn $3 for each hoagie and pepperoni roll package sold and $2 for each pumpkin roll.  This money will go directly into your trip account.  Order form is attached below or can be picked up from the IHS Band Room beginning Tuesday, October 8.     


Order forms are due no later than Tuesday, Oct 29. Payment should accompany the form with ONE CHECK from you made payable to SV Band Boosters.  PLEASE DO NOT SEND INDIVIDUAL CHECKS FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS.  If they want to write a check, they should write it to you and you write one check to SVBB.  NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.  


Because of the quick turnaround, no late orders can be accepted.  Start selling NOW and don’t miss the deadline.  Orders will be delivered on Thursday, November 7 immediately after marching band rehearsal.  YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR ORDER THAT DAY.  Orders not picked up will be discarded.  


This is a great fundraiser.  Hoagies are easy to sell and we make a great profit. Hoagies are a quick lunch or dinner and pepperoni rolls can be frozen.   Take advantage of this opportunity.  Happy Selling!

Mattress Sale!

Back by popular demand, we're having a mattress sale! It will be Saturday, October 12 from 10:00am-5:00PM at Rowan Elementary School in Cranberry Twp. Attached below is the flyer which includes the student referral form at the bottom. Tell your friends, or anyone that needs a new mattress. We hope to see you there!

This will be one of the easiest fund raisers you ever do.

Register on, receive your activation code

Download the app, buy gift cards, use gift cards, receive cash back.

Cash back - portion goes to you, portion goes to individual trip accounts, you will see how much you get back right away in the app.

If a SV Band family has $49 (or any amount over $25) of “Available Cash” in the ShoppingBoss account they can do the following:

1) Open The App 
2) Select “Redeem Cash” (Green Button In Middle of Main Screen)
3) Select - “Send As A Gift”
4) Fill Out Information and our office will mail a check to SVBB with their name in memo line.  If the amount is over $25 no fee applies.

This fund raiser is ongoing all year, Funds cutoff for this year's Disney Trip will be January 15 2020.  After that the funds will go towards next year's trip until you hit the  carryover limit of $500 total.

Aramark Program 2019-20

Welcome to the 2019-20 SV Band!


What is the Aramark Program?
The Seneca Valley Band Boosters are excited to be offering the Aramark volunteer fundraising program again this season! The Aramark program involves working at Heinz Field in our assigned concession stands during the home Steelers and Pitt football games. Volunteers (who must be 21 or older) receive a flat fee payout for each game they work, which is applied to their individual trip account. Anyone (bander, pom, color guard, etc) who has a student attending the Disney Trip in the spring is eligible to participate. Please click the link below for more details about the program!




2019-20 Registration:

Anyone interested in participating in the program for the 2019 season must register. Even if you participated last year, you must re-register.  Registering does NOT mean you have to sign up for a game. It just ensures you are placed on the email list to receive all future information regarding Aramark. Click on the "Register for 2019" button below, then complete and submit the registration form. NOTE: Any family members or friends age 21 and over may work to earn money for your bander. All must register individually. Please register as soon as possible.




Aramark Training - 
To participate in the Aramark program, all workers must complete the ServSafe and RAMP volunteer trainings before they are eligible to work.  Both trainings can be completed from home on your computer.  Training information will be emailed out after you have registered.



Game Sign-ups:
Sign-ups for Steelers and Pitt football games will be announced to all registered individuals the last week of June. You can start planning by reviewing the game schedule at the button below. A link to the signup form will be sent only to those who have registered.

Andrea's Pastries Fundraiser!

UPDATE!!   ANDREA has graciously increased the presale benefit to 40% to help you kick off your Florida Trip Fundraising!!  

The group fundraiser benefits the general fund by putting 30% of the bake-sale style total sales the night of each concert. 
This spring we will be doing an individual fundraiser before Easter, as well, to benefit NEXT YEAR'S FLORIDA TRIP!  
We will kick off at the March 12, 2019 SVBB Meeting.  Andrea herself will be attending and treating us to some samples! 
We'll bring the coffee, you come and join us!  
Orders must be placed online, at, by Friday, March 29, 2019
Product pickup will be BEFORE the MANDATORY TRIP MEETING on April, 9, 2019. 
35% of individual sales goes to your student's trip account.
