Aramark Program 2016 - 2017

What is the Aramark Program?:

The Seneca Valley Band Boosters are excited to be participating in the Aramarkvolunteer fundraising program again this season. We are in the process of ramping up the program for another fun and successful season. For those who are new to the band program or did not participate last year, the Aramark program involves working in Heinz Field concessions stands during Steelers/Pitt football games and other events and concerts through the summer and fall. Volunteers receive a flat fee payout for each game/event they work, which are applied to your individual "Bander's" trip accounts. Please click the link below for more details about the program.

2016-17 Registration:

Anyone and everyone interested in participating in the program for the 2016 seasonmust register. Even if you participated last year, you must re-register. If you have worked an event already this spring you too must re-register. Please click on the "Register for 2016" button below and complete and submit the registration form.

Aramark Training

To participate in the Aramark program, all workers must attend and complete a volunteer training session. Training sessions are scheduled throughout the season and take place at Heinz Field. Upcoming training sessions are listed below along with a link to register for upcoming training sessions. If you completed a training session last season, you must still renew your ServSafe training for the 2016 season - this training must be renewed each year. Registration for training sessions are limited and close 10 days in advance, so please register early.

• We are waiting for Aramark to schedule additional training sessions at Heinz Field. We will let you know as soon as we learn of the additional sessions.

Game/Event Registration:

Registration for Steeler and Pitt football games is not currently open but will be soon. You can however, review the game schedule at the link below.

We will be using VolunteerSpot for game, concert and training registration.

There are some summer concerts coming up you may be interested in working (as long as you have completed/renewed your training for 2016).
