Welcome to SV Marching Band!

Your uniform is a very important part of each performance. On this page, you will find links to tips on fittings, how to get your raincoat back in its bag and how to take care of your uniform so the band looks as professional as it sounds.

If you have any questions or problems with your uniform throughout the year please contact us so we can get it fixed or replace it.

Uniform Fitting Dates 2026-2027
***All returning instrumentalists must bring all pieces of the old uniform to fittings***
·         Monday, July 27th
o    Drumline - 1:30 (or directly after practice ends)
o    Colorguard - 3:00
o    Poms - 4:15
·         Tuesday, July 28th - 1:00 - 7:00 (Drug Testing Day)
o    Open to all instrumentalists
·         Wednesday, July 29th - 8:30 - 12:00 (Drug Testing Day)
o    Open to all instrumentalists
If you cannot make any of the above times, please reach out to the uniform committee (svbbuniforms@gmail.com) to schedule a day during band camp to be fitted. 
***Uniform Fittings Information***
o    All marchers must come to a fitting as we are getting fitted for new uniforms this year. 
o    Please wear a short-sleeved T-shirt and shorts to fittings.
o    Old Uniform: You will need to turn in ALL pieces of your old uniform and pay all fees before you can take your new uniform home with you. 
o    Dinkles: If you are ordering new, you will pay for them at uniform fittings. A representative from the shoe company will fit students during band camp.
o    If you are interested in Consignment Dinkles, please wear socks!
o    Fees & Costs: Cash, Check, or Credit Card (2.55%) are accepted
o    Required Items:
§   Duffel Bag $45 (rookies & replacements only)
§   New Dinkles $46 (fitted during band camp)
o    Optional Items:
§   Varsity Style Jacket $170
§   Lightweight Jacket $68
§   Consignment Items:
·         Dinkles $15
·         Jacket $45
o    Uniform Fee $15/band student
o    Band Booster fee $25/band family
o    Drug Testing and Pay to Participate:
o    Drug Testing and Pay to Participate are SV District fees; they are not associated with band boosters. Please bring a separate form of payment for these fees.

o    Time: Expect the uniform fitting process to take 60 minutes. Please be patient since every marcher will need to be fitted.
o    Volunteers: We need help! Finally, we are still in need of A LOT of volunteers for the above fitting days.
