SVBB Concession Stands

Welcome to another season of fun in the SVBB Concession Stands! The Band Boosters operate the Main (new/brick) concession stand and the Visitors' Stand down near the band bleachers. There are several ways that YOU can help:

DONATIONS: We ask every student to donate a 12 pack of soda cans, which will be collected during band camp. We are very specific about what we sell, and the students are asked to bring certain brands/flavors depending on the grade they are in. Please do not send in other types, as they are not on our menu, thanks. The collection date will be Friday Aug 10th. We will have volunteers at the curb during drop off.

The breakdown is as follows: Seniors: Coke or Diet Coke

Juniors: Pepsi or Diet Pepsi

Sophomores: Mt. Dew or Diet Mt. Dew

9th & 8th gr: Dr. Pepper or Diet Dr. Pepper

Color Guard: Sprite

POMS: A&W or Mug Rootbeer (only these brands, please)

We also ask for bottled water donations. We prefer the branded waters, but are happy with whatever type or quantity you can donate. Some we sell, some we use for the kids at games and events.

• BAKERS: If you like to bake and are willing to donate baked goods that can be bagged and sold please email and we'll figure out which games are covered and not. THANKS!!

• GAMES: We need 20-25 volunteers for each game. We ask that volunteers arrive by 6pm (after you drop off your banders at 5:45!).

  • We work the whole game and are done soon after the game is over. We will ask workers to stay and help clean up, but your children can meet you down by the stand if they are done be we are.

  • We also need about 10 folks to run the Main Stand during the Homecoming Carnival. That will be a meet time sometime 3:30-4:00 (earlier if you can make it) and we'll be finished when the fireworks are done.

• PREPPERS: Not the doomsday type! ;) If you are available Fridays during the day, we can always use help in setting up and such. We clean, set up, run errands and cook during the school day of home games and especially the Thursday of the Homecoming Carnival.
